James McCabe of 59 Lonsdale Street will his request for a full renovation of the building due to a 3rd floor fire, including a third floor dormer and internal plumbing with other interior improvements. [20 minutes]

Election of officers for the 2018-2019as nominated at the March 27 meeting. President: Doug Hurley, Vice Presidents Mike Folan and Bryan Bryson [note: Maddie Ribble withdrew his name], Treasurer: Jim Rodenmacher, and Secretary Douglas Shaheen. [5 minutes].
