Agenda

Police Report  C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report. [10 minutes]

Elected Officials or their representatives will give an update on what is happening at City Hall [5 minutes]

Mary Regan and Jenny Silverman from the Dorchester Food Co-op will give a presentation on an initiative to build a community and worker-owned grocery store in Dorchester that will open in this summer at the corner of Bowdoin and Topliff Streets. [15 minutes]

18-20 Parkman Street  George Morancy will present his clients’ proposal to “demolish the existing structure and construct 9 new residential dwelling units with 17 off-street parking spaces”.   [10 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A]   These are the links to the Refusal Letter and Plans.

1677 Dorchester Ave Tina Pham will present her proposal to “Change the occupancy from a 3 family to a 3 family with office.  Construct an 830 s.f. addition per attached plans.”  [10 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A].  These are the links to the Refusal Letter and Plans.

Discussion and vote on each of the above two proposals. [20 minutes total: 10 minutes for each proposal]
