The meeting was called to order at 7:05 by President Doug Hurley.  There were 28 souls online on the Zoom meeting.

Officer Mike Keaney gave his report.  There were three incidents:  Feb 1 at 1:45am – Shots fired at 47 Dracut St.; Feb 2 at 7:50pm – a Breaking and Entering at 25 Lydon Way; and Feb 21 @ 3:45  – a man was beaten and stabbed between Gibson and Christopher Street and found near 1492 Dot Ave.

George Morancy, Mark Little, Pierce McDermott, and Brian Kaplan from 2 Parkman street gave a presentation of their current plans for this address.  They are planning on 9 units with 19 parking spaces (10 full size and 9 compact size) and greenery, landscaping, and trees.  The building would be 33 ½ feel tall.  Attendees gave their opinions on the proposal.  This presentation was informational only and no vote was taken.

President Doug asked for thoughts on a possible meeting with mayoral candidates.  The consensus is to have a forum with the candidates, possibly with other civic associations.  One member suggested a separate meeting with each of the candidates.  Subjects of interest include Development, Climate Change, Covid and Covid related problems, Homelessness, Boarded up or closed businesses, Affordable Housing, Trees and the environment, Jobs, and Structural Racism.  Questions and topics of interest would be emailed and grouped together by subject for the most highly requested questions/topics.
