Police Report

C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report. [15 minutes]

 

MBTA Update  Richard Sullivan, Superintendent of Transit police will give an update on Shawmut, Ashmont and Fields Corner stations as well as talk about safety as the holidays approach.  [15 minutes]

 

Fire Department Safety Suggestions  FLT Kenny Doneghey

Will talk about fire prevention and safety during the holidays.   [15 minutes]

 

Presentation of a letter from Mass Affordable Housing Alliance

Vice President Maddie Ribble will present a Board recommendation to sign a letter from MAHA about affordable housing in Dorchester.  SMACA is being asked to sign along with other civic associations.  [10 minutes]

 

Zoning Variance for 80-88 Welles Ave.  Joseph D. Feaster of McKenzie & Associates will present a request to demolish an old single-story building and putting up a new three story building for hairdresser, convenience store, and real estate office on first floor, 9 residential units above.     [30 minutes]
