Police Report

C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report.

Devin Bean and Edward Vacha of 61 Dracut Street will present a request to add driveway with parking for two cars.

Arthur Choo of 145 Wrentham Street will present a request for a variance at 145 A Wrentham Street to erect a new two (2) family dwelling to the rear of the existing single family house on the same 4,746 sf lot.  Building will be fully sprinklered [sic]. 

Mai Phung representing 11 Lafield Street will present a request for a variance to renovate an existing basement and convert into additional living space for unit #1.  And external rear staircase from second floor to ground level as new second means of agress for unit #2 and #3 as per plans.

Hoa Tran of 57 Dix Street will present a request for demolition of existing one story structure at the rear of three family dwelling down to the sill.  Rebuild with a new larger, one story structure.  Change the occupancy of building from a three (3) family dwelling to a four (4) family dwelling.
