Police Report

C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report.

 

Joy Gary of the Dorchester Winter Farmers Market will speak about their 2014 market that meets at the Great Hall in Codman Square.

 

Variance for 386 Ashmont StKaren Blandino would like to change occupancy from 2 family to 3 family.

 

Update on 115 Florida St.  Craig Galvin of the Galvin Group will give an update on building three units at that site. 

 

Tedeschi Update.  The Tedeschi’s convenience store located in Ashmont is looking to validate their 24/7 operating license.  It was discovered that their license allows them to operate from 6 AM to Midnight, but they have been open 24 hours.  An update on neighborhood input and additional details will be provided.

 

Candidates for the House seat vacated by Marty Walsh have been invited to speak for 3 minutes each.  At the conclusion of the meeting members will be able to talk to the candidates directly.
