Police Report

C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report.

Peter Brown of 47 Dracut Street will present his request for a variance

for a driveway with two parking spaces.

Jack Wu from the Homestead Café will tell us about the new café and

bakery opening in Fields Corner at 1448 Dorchester Ave.

Gail Willett from the city’s Assessing Department will talk about the

recent real estate assessments with an increase in property taxes and

answer questions. [Tentative]

The Rev. John Findlay and architects from MLA Studio Architects

will present their request for a zoning variance to construct a new one-to-

three story, 25, 220 square foot mixed-use building on Centre Street.
