Agenda

 

President Doug Hurley will give an update on the problems raised at the last meeting regarding 376-380 Centre Street.

 

Police Report

C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report.

A representative from the Parks and Recreations Department will talk about tree maintenance in Dorchester.  If you have specific questions about specific sites, email your questions to Gregory Mosman at [email protected] by Thursday, June 19th and he will endeavor to have the representative at our meeting have answers for you at that time.

Eddie Lai of 1616 Dorchester Avenue will present his request for a zoning variance to obtain a take-out license for his restaurant.  

 

Mai Phung of 389 Adams Street will present his request for a zoning variance to renovate his attic for additional living space.

 

Daniel Dumont 1593-1595 Dorchester Avenue will present his request for a zoning variance to change the legal occupancy from a three-family dwelling to a two-family dwelling and retail store with pharmacy and to erect an addition to the front of the building and renovate.
