Police Report

C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report.

 

Kaira Fox from Boston Shines will talk about this year’s clean-up project.

 

Kijana, Executive Director of the Martin Richard Foundation will talk about the service projects scheduled to take place along Dorchester Avenue on Saturday, April 15th. 

 

Timothy Johnson of 23 Dix Street will present his request to change occupancy from 3-family to 5-family building, enlarge attic to full third floor w/roof deck & head house, expand living area into basement, new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and sprinkler/fire alarm systems, and, 10 off-street parking spaces as per plans submitted.  See website for plans.

Mai Phung representing 11 Lafield Street will present a request for a variance to renovate an existing basement and convert into additional living space for unit #1.  And external rear staircase from second floor to ground level as new second means of agress for unit #2 and #3 as per plans.  See website for plans.
