Welcome

Police Report  C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report. [10 minutes]

Elected Officials or their representatives will give an update on what is happening at City Hall [5 minutes]

Nominations for 2022-2023 Officers.  Election to be held in April  [5 minutes]

1644 Dorchester Avenue  George Morancy will present his clients’ proposal to “demolish the existing structure and erect a 3-story 8-unit residential building with garage and front, side, and roof decks as per plans submitted”.   [10 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A] 

New District 4 City Councilor Brian Worrell will talk about his plans in office and start a dialogue with his constituents.”  [15 minutes]. 

1809-1813B Dorchester Avenue   George Morancy will present his client’s proposal to “demolish 2 building structures and construct a new mixed use 5-Story building consisting of 26 residential units, and 2 retail spaces at grade with no parking as per the attached plans. To combine lot ID 1601490000 (7,475 sqft) with lot ID 1601489020 (2,046sqft) totaling: 9,521 sq ft.” [10 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A]

Discussion and vote on each of the above two proposals. [20 minutes total: 10 minutes for each proposal]
