Police Report C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report. [15 minutes]
Elected Officials or their representatives will give an update on what is happening at City Hall [10 minutes]
Nominations for officers for the 2021-2022 year will be made. The vote will be at our April meeting. [5 minutes].
1700-1710 Dorchester Ave. presentation. Patrick Mahoney will provide an overview of this project which was approved by the BDA and ZBA. He will also give an overview of 2-4 Denvir Street which was brought before the ZBA the morning of March 30 and most likely approved. These two presentations are is for informational purposes only, there will not be a vote. [20 minutes]
1664 Dorchester Ave. Timothy Johnson of TJ Architects and George LeFort will present their request for a zoning variance to erect a three-story, 9 unit building with a 13 car garage, side and roof decks as per plans submitted. Raze existing building on separate permit. [30 minutes]
