Zoning Variance Request for 1854 Dorchester Ave. Patrick Mahoney Esq. on behalf of the owner will present a request for construction of 9 dwelling units with parking on bottom floor. (Note: requesting a 4-story building with 9 units and 1 commercial unit on first floor with 9 parking spaces on the first floor) [25 minutes]
