Police Report

C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report. [20 minutes]

 

Matt Glynn Chair of SMACA’s Development Committee will give a summary update on what the committee did over the summer and what it is currently working on. [15 Minutes]

 

Treasurer Jim Rodenmacher will give a financial report on the association’s finances.  [5 minutes]

 

Representatives from both sides of Ballot Question 1 regarding staffing levels for nurses at Massachusetts hospitals will present their arguments for voting for or against the questions.   The Coalition to Protect Patient Safety will speak against the measure while the Massachusetts Nurses Association will speak in favor.  Here is a link to the exact wording of the petition:  http://www.mass.gov/ago/docs/government/2017-petitions/17-07.pdf  [40 minutes]
