Police Report  C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report. [15 minutes]

 

Elected Officials or their representatives will give an update on what is happening at City Hall [5 minutes]

 

Presentations from Jim Keefe of Trinity Financial seeking community input on his plans for the FitzPatrick Brothers’ property at 150 Centre St.  Abutters’ meeting was held during the summer.  Presentation made to Melville Park Civic Association on November 18.  His latest proposal was for 81 units.   There is no vote on this presentation.  It is for our giving input only.  [10 minutes for presentation; 30 minutes for Q&A and comments].

 

Panel discussion on lessons learned regarding development projects in SMACA.  Moderated by Laurie Martinelli.  Panelists are Julie Ryan from Frank Baker’s office and John Vergato who lives next door to the 1700-1710 Dorchester Avenue project.  [20 minutes]
