Police Report

C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report.

 

Matt Zahler and Jim Keefe from Trinity Financial Services will talk about their proposal to develop the property currently occupied by Fitzpatrick Brothers Autobody Shop on Centre Street by Shawmut Station.

 

Tri Pham of Tri Seafood at 1616 Dorchester Avenue will present his request to extend his liquor license to serve alcohol from 11:00 to Midnight.   

 

Mai Phung representing 11 Lafield Street will present a request for a variance to renovate an existing basement and convert into additional living space for unit #1.  And external rear staircase from second floor to ground level as new second means of agress for unit #2 and #3 as per plans.

 

Mai Phung representing 1632 Dorchester Avenue will present a request to change occupancy from a funeral home to a Two-Family dwelling by doing renovations on the first floor only as per plans.
