Police Report

C-11 Police Officer Mike Keaney will provide the police report.

 

Vivian and Elisa Girard would like to tell us of their plans to open a bakery in the Lenane building in Fields Corner at the corner of Dorchester Avenue and Adams Street (1448 Dorchester Avenue).

 

Election for SMACA officers for 2015-2016 year.  The candidates nominated at the March meeting are

 

President:  Doug Hurley

Vice President:  Mike Folan and Ken Donovan

Secretary:  Doug Shaheen

Treasurer:  Jim Rodenmacher

 

Corwin Gaines of 23 Nixon Street is requesting support for changing  his house from a one-family to a two-family.

 

Tri Pham is requesting to open a new eating establishment at 1616 Dorchester Avenue, the site of the former China Pagoda (and Vien Express) on the corner of Dix Street.  He is also applying for a take-out license and to have indoor seating.

 

James Rudser from the Law Offices of James Rudser  will present a request for support to build two four-story, 8 unit buildings (for a total of 16 units) on the property at 73-77 Dix Street.  Plans are available on the website at St.MarksCivic.com.  When on the website, click on “About US” and then “Announcements” to see the plans.  The Executive Board recommends that you view the plans before the meeting and come with questions.
