Zoning Variance for 123-125 Centre Street Ben Wan and Patrick Mahoney representing the owners will present a request to erect a nine unit building with eleven parking spaces. [30 minutes].
Development Committee Update The SMACA Board will present its request to have the Development Committee handle certain functions without approval at a general meeting. A vote will be taken. [10 minutes]
Discussion of Potential Volunteer Opportunities There are a number of projects that members have suggested for SMACA to take on. We will look for volunteers to spearhead these projects. [20 minutes]
