Travis Lee of TLee Development will give two presentations: 1) A brief introduction of the Dot Greenway (tunnel cap over the Red Line) project and 2) The development of the FitzPatrick Brothers property by the Shawmut T Station, proposing a process for discussing the development project and inviting community members to participate. [20 minutes]
Mike Prokosch of the Boston Climate Action Network will talk about Community Choice Energy Campaign; a Massachusetts program which allows any city or town to choose the electricity supplier for all its residents and businesses. [15 minutes]
Nino Barbalace, owner of the new Zia Gianna Caffe and Bakery (located in the former Dot2Dot location) will introduce himself and tell us about his new business. [10 minutes]
